Strength for Your Mind: Join April’s Meditation Challenge

At REBEL, we train the body. We build strength, stability, control, and resilience.

But strength isn’t just physical.

This February, I’m inviting you to train your mind and nervous system alongside your body by joining my 28-Day Meditation Challenge happening at Hippie Yoga.

And if you’re thinking, “I can’t meditate,” “my brain won’t shut up,” or “I’ve never done that before” — you are exactly who this is for.

This challenge is designed for real people with busy minds, full schedules, and nervous systems that need a little love. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be calm. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You just need a few minutes and a willingness to try.

This past year has been full. Starting a new business, juggling all the moving pieces, and navigating some family health challenges reminded me just how important mental regulation, emotional steadiness, and stress management truly are. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, my own meditation practice slipped.

And I felt it.

When meditation is part of my routine, I’m more grounded, less reactive, and better able to handle stress and decision fatigue. Just like movement builds physical strength, meditation builds mental and emotional strength.

That’s why I do this challenge every year. Not because I’m perfect at meditation, but because I know how much better I feel when I come back to it.

Here’s how the challenge works:

• 28 consecutive days of meditation• Short, approachable daily practices• If you miss a day, you simply start again• Daily encouragement and guidance• A Highly Meditated sticker when you finish

This is an incredible complement to your REBEL training. Better focus, better recovery, improved stress management, and stronger nervous system regulation all directly impact performance and how your body feels.

If you’ve ever been curious about meditation but thought, “I’m bad at that,” I’d love for you to try this with me.

Let’s build strength from the inside out.
