Owner and Instructor
As the owner of Hippie Yoga and a longtime movement teacher, April has always been passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies. When she stumbled into a reformer Pilates class, it was love at first burn, and she knew she had to bring this powerful practice to her community. That is how REBEL was born. April believes movement should be about longevity, not punishment, and that strong, connected bodies are built by showing up, having fun, and honoring what feels good along the way.

Stephanies initial interest in Pilates was sparked When April stated she was opening a Pilates reformer studio. She knew she was ready to learn something more, and needed a change up to her workout routine. It was not love at first class, but after a few classes she noticed it helped her feel so much stronger and was hooked. It has helped tremendously with reconnecting to her core after a csection. Not to mention no more back pain and has helped her nervous system chill out. Stephanie has been a yoga teacher since 2016, so is not new to teaching movement classes. She is very excited to share this type of movement to help others feel stronger and continue to help others connect with their bodies.


Monica
Instructor
Monica is a passionate movement teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students toward strength, balance, and body awareness. With a strong foundation in yoga, her teaching is rooted in mindful, functional movement and breath-centered practices.
In 2020, she completed her Stott Mat Pilates training, drawn to its precision and focus on deep core strength. She later expanded her expertise to include Reformer Pilates, offering clients even more dynamic and targeted ways to move and feel strong. Her classes blend the grounding presence of yoga with the intentional structure of Pilates, creating a well-rounded and empowering experience for every body.
Whether you're just beginning or looking to refine your practice, Monica helps students move with greater ease, confidence, and connection.
Jill
Instructor
Jill is a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with a background in emergency medicine and a deep passion for health and healing. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus at a young age, she discovered Pilates as a sustainable, low-impact way to regain strength and mobility, and it changed her life.
What began as a personal journey soon became a calling. With over 800 hours dedicated to her own practice, Jill now shares the transformative power of Pilates as both a mat and reformer instructor. Blending clinical insight with empathy, she creates supportive, accessible classes designed for every body, whether you're managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, or simply moving with more intention.
