What Keeps You Coming?

If you’ve been to REBEL before, this one’s for you.

Because you already know how this feels. You’ve walked out of class stronger.More connected.A little more like yourself again.

And then… life happened.

Schedules got busy.Work picked up.You missed a class… then another… and suddenly it’s been a few weeks.

It happens. You’re human.

But here’s the part we don’t talk about enough:

You don’t lose momentum all at once. You lose it one skipped class at a time.

And getting back into it?That doesn’t happen by waiting until you feel motivated again.

It happens the same way it started in the first place…by showing up.

Even when it feels inconvenient.Even when you’re out of the routine.Even when your brain is like “ehhh next week.”

Your body still responds the same way it always has.It gets stronger when you use it.It reconnects when you give it attention. It feels better when you actually do the work.

Not when you think about coming back. Not when you plan to restart. When you walk through the door and get on the reformer.

You don’t need a fresh start. You just need to come back.

The reformer is still here.Your spot is still here.

And I’m curious…

If you’ve been coming consistently, what keeps you showing up?If you’ve fallen off and found your way back, what helped you get your momentum again?

Hit reply and let me know. Seriously. Your answer might be exactly what someone else in this community needs to hear.

This week’s invitation:Pick one class. That’s it. Don’t overcommit. Just one.Let that be your way back in.
