Your body is supposed to do stuff

Push. Pull. Twist. Reach. Carry things. Get down on the floor and get your ass back up again.

And that's really what we've been talking about all month with our twists.

Yes, we've been working on rotation. You've felt the push and pull. You've played with different variations. You've probably discovered that slowing a twist down can make your core work a whole lot harder than you expected.

But the bigger point isn't getting better at twists on a reformer.

It's getting stronger at being a human.

We don't want you saving all that strength for your hour at REBEL.

We want you using it when you're hauling groceries into the house, moving furniture because you suddenly decided the couch looks stupid over there, playing with your kids or grandkids, traveling, gardening, golfing, or doing whatever the hell you want to keep doing.

That's why we push you.

That's why we progress things.

That's why sometimes we make you do something and you look at us like we've personally betrayed you.

We're building a body you can use.

Strong. Capable. Not fragile.
