Making yourself a priority is not selfish. It's necessary.

Somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself got reframed as indulgent. Something you earn after everything else is handled. Something that goes on the back burner when life gets busy.
Life is always busy. The back burner is a lie.
Here's what I actually believe: showing up for your body consistently is one of the least selfish things you can do. Because a body that's strong, stable, and moving well shows up better for everything else. Your work. Your people. The things you actually want to be doing in ten, twenty, thirty years.
This is not spa day logic. This is longevity logic.
One hour on the reformer is not you being selfish. It's you making a decision that your body and your future are worth the time. That's not indulgent. That's necessary.
You are not the last thing on the list. You are the whole point.
See you on the reformer.
