Here's what's happening 1-4 PM:

Free 25-minute intro reformer classes - no experience needed, just show up

Eden Wellness - vitamin B shots and wellness shots on-site

Nature's Wisdom - vibrational sound therapy

Pleasant Street Bakery - hot fresh cookies (this alone is worth coming for)
